Pair Of Georgian Walnut Side Chairs Ca. 1740
England Ca. 1740
A very fine pair of dark honey colored walnut side chairs made in the George ll/lll taste and period. Curvaceous from any view, they sport a solid back splat, horse shoe shaped seat and cabriole legs ending in pad feet. The knees have large carved pectin shells, leafage, floral pendants and flower heads on the knee returns.
Very good antique condition with normal signs of age and usage.
