French Porcelain Chinoiserie Lamp

French Porcelain Chinoiserie hand painted lamp made from a vase. Not pictured is the lamp with a new paneled off white shade with short fringe. The top finial is brass in a southeast Asian style

The body of the vase has a yellow-beige ground covered by a palm tree, a Mandarin parrot seller with 3 green parrots, a young boy at the seller’s feet holds a parrot. The parrot seller stands in front of a short section of courtyard fence. The back side has a fanciful floral tree issuing vines bearing blue flowers, leafage and orange berries.
