Darte Freres Pictorial Plates, Ca. 1830. One plate with “VUE FRES DE ROME” inscribed at the bottom of a church yard scene. The other plate with “VUE DE NAPLES.” at the bottom of a Roman ruins scene. The central views surrounded by a dark cobalt blue and stylized floral patterns in gold. Each back with the maker’s mark “DARTE F.”

Condition

Very good antique condition. Minor surface marks to the gold which mostly don't go through the gold. There is some slight enamel touch up on the left wall of the Rome view.
