William Plummer Sterling Engraved Tea Pot Stand, Ca. 1780

A sterling silver London tea pot stand made by William Plummer in 1780. It has a beaded rim, rococo engraving with a central cipher that looks like “F E C”, all resting on hoofed feet. The hall marks are well defined. It weighs 4.2 troy oz.
