18th Century Porcelain Cache Pot

Continental Europe 2nd Half 18th Century

A very attractive European porcelain cache pot with all over floral decoration, swirl fluting and basket weave modeling. There are roses, tulips, daisies, a morning glory, peony etc. The handles are in a bold rococo style. I do not recognize the the factory mark on the bottom but feel this is either French or German in origin. It probably was made about 1760.

Condition

Overall very good condition. There is one small rim chip repaired and a few small repairs to the foot rim done professionally. Also there is a faint star crack on the bottom which has been properly consolidated. The gold is in excellent condition.
