Square form with bowed sides and inverted ovolo corners. Marked on the bottom “TIFFANY & CO. 17832 MAKERS 7552”. Heavy weight as Tiffany didn’t skimp on silver. Has one set of initials on the outside of one side. The initials can be removed if desired. Weighs 18 Troy oz.

Assembled Pair Of Sterling Silver Casters, Ca. 1790

Though made by two different London silver smiths these are nearly the same size and shape with similar details. One was made by Robert Hennell in 1789, the other made in 1785 possibly by Thomas Shepherd. Combined they weigh 8.7 troy oz.
