Small English Regency Rosewood Writing Table, Ca. 1825

England Ca. 1825

A very nice little Brazilian rosewood writing table for those with constricted space. It is perfect for your laptop/notebook or letter writing with an old fashioned pencil or pen. The top has an inset gold tooled leather writing surface bordered by cross banding on the top and side edge. The base has a trestle type construction with a turned stretcher and pierced vertical supports. The down swept legs end in cast brass casters.
