England 1st third of the 19th Century

The firm of Joseph Stubbs of Burslem, England made this medium blue view of New York’s City Hall after the drawing by William Guy Wall and then published in 1826 by Behr & Kahl. Turk’s Head Covered Jar, 19th Century

This has been in my home for about 20 years. I’ve been hoping to see another one identified somewhere to no avail. It appears to be similar to some English Staffordshire products but all I will say is it is 19th Century made in Europe.
