These exquisite cream-ware soups bear the arms of Anthony Ashley Cooper the 5th Earl of Shaftsbury (1761-1811) whose ancestral lands are in the north of Dorset. They are impressed “WEDGWOOD” on the bottoms.

Pair of Crystal Anglo-Irish Covered Sweetmeat Jars, Early 19th Century

A pair of cut crystal covered sweetmeat jars in the form of diamond faceted classical urns set on square bases. They have a very slightly amber cast to them. These were made near the end of the 18th century into the 1st third of the 19th century
