Patriotic American Feather Art Picture

This is the first time I have seen one of these. It reminds me of the earlier Chinese needlework pictures that American sailors bought as souvenirs of their voyages to the Orient in the late 19th century. Almost everything is done in different colored feathers except the paper eagle’s claws beak, eye and the black mounting paper or mat board (not examined out of the frame). Under glass

Overall very good ++ condition. One arrow has come loose and the frame has some scuffs and dings. The old paper covering sealing the back side is loose in places.
