Pair of English Porcelain 19th Century Fruit Coolers or Ice Cream Pails
England Ca. 1870
Pair of gilded and delicately painted three piece English porcelain fruit coolers or ice cream pails made in the 2nd half of the 19th century. There is no manufacturer’s mark. The colors are green, grey and puce.
Very good. One finial has been re-stuck and has two tiny chips on the upper part. There is a 1/4" chip on one foot rim. One of the removable liners has a large hair crack but appears to be sound. Only slight rubbing to the gold
