Condition

Good condition for its age. There is some fading to brown and blue water color highlights and there is mild moisture discoloration in the sky, the worst of it at the left between and above the two evergreen trees. The eldest child hugging the father has a distressed old rectangular repair near the bottom of her dress ( see close up detail). The colors of the threads are very good. The early gilded frame has some wear and over painting.
