This figural porcelain spill vase is modeled with a mamma goat standing over her kid that looks like it is about to look for something to drink. The vase portion is modeled as a tree trunk. It is marked on the underside with the J P initials in blue for the Jacob Petit porcelain manufactury.

Condition

Very good + antique condition. There is some rubbing to the gold and it has a firing crack in the making process. The crack appears large on the inside of the bottom but barely shows on the exterior.
