George III Irish or English Mahogany Side Chair Ca. 1750

Ireland, possibly England Mid 18th Century

A fine example of a “Queen Anne” cabriole leg side chair in a form thought to have been made in Ireland. A curvacious piece of sculpture from any aspect. Possibly deaccessioned by a museum as it has a museum type
inventory number painted on the bottom of the rear seat rail.
