English Regency Soup Tureen, Ca. 1840 Probably Worcester

A striking soup tureen with under plate most likely made at Worcester in the Flight, Barr and Barr period. It has an heraldic symbol with a motto “Vi Et Virtute” or loosely, strength and valor.
