Dressing Mirror, also known as a cheval mirror, from the English Regency period made  around 1825. All the wood is mahogany, including the backboards (possibly cedrela which is related to mahogany).

The glass is original showing tiny sparkles all over. It appears to retain its original or a very old finish. The mirror swivels to allow varied viewing angles and is detachable from the frame for transporting.

Excellent original condition with normal signs of aging and careful use. One finial with a re-stuck tip.
