A beautifully proportioned coin silver creamer stamped E Lowndes for Edward Lowndes of Philadelphia made around 1820. It has four bands of shells and a leaf molded cast scrolled handle. One side has an engraved royal type cartouche. Weight 7.8 troy oz.
