Chinese Export Porcelain. A fine pair of blue and white sauce boats with leaf form under plates. The border with swirls and daggers. The center scenes depicting Mandarins in a court yard. These date from around 1820.

A fine high style example possibly made in Rhode Island in the first quarter of the 19th century. It is made from mahogany with pine and chestnut secondary woods. Curiously, it never had finials on the mirror supports.
