American Cherry Bonnet Top 18th Century Chest-on-Chest

An unusually small central Connecticut River Valley Chippendale bonnet top chest-on-chest. This is in two parts for easy moving. It has a beautiful broken arch pediment and a carved fan in the center top drawer. The original feet are nice and tall to give a vertical thrust to its appearance. Note the two top drawers on each side of the central fan carved drawer are curved to conform to the sweep of the pediment.
Excellent antique condition. There are some minor, professionally done repairs. It retains the original finial The pulls have been appropriately replaced. Call to get a complete description.
