American Sterling Silver 4 piece tea set made by Theodore B. Starr of New York. He is listed as working from 1900-1924. Like Tiffany he used a generous amount of silver for this set which weighs 76 oz.

Slight dings and light normal scratches. Dents have been removed and while not visible on the outside there is some evidence where dents have been removed at the bottoms of the interiors except the waste bowl.
