A sewing table made from rosewood and brass. This cute little slender table has lots of extras such as inlaid and mounted brass, a central lyre form pillar, colorful fabric and tasselĀ  trim on the lower compartment area and a lift out compartmented tray for storage.

Antique Brass and Iron Serpentine Fire Place Fender, Ca. 1780

A nice small example with a serpentine facade. The top is capped in brass with iron wire work below on an iron and sheet iron base. These were made from the mid 1700s into the 1820s corresponding with furniture designs of that period with serpentine shaped fronts.
