Jadite Figure of Guan Yin, Ca. 1920

A hardstone (jadite?) carved figure of Guan Yin mounted as a lamp. Guan Yin is flanked by a phoenix upon a carved and pierced hardwood base above embossed brass. It come with the oval shade pictured. Probably made near the end of the 19th century or early 20th century. There is an adjustment rod to vary the height of the shade.

Very good condition, The finial has lost its stone carving.

Measurements

Total height approx. 26". The figure is 8" H. The shade is 14.5" X 10".
