A very colorful Chinese Charger made for the Western Market in the mid 18th century. Brick red flowers, trees and intricate rococo reserves.

Condition

Good. There are several small rim chip, most of which have been filled but not painted over. A few small areas of stacking wear and some rubbing to the gold ( mostly on the central flower).

Chinese famille rose very pale celadon ground porcelain with over glaze enamel flowers, birds, butterflies and fruit. This was made in the 2nd half of the 19th century and is thickly potted. You should note it has its original under tray which is always hard to find with the vase portion.
